UPS Mega Hub | Parcel Distribution Facility

As design-builder, Layton completed this 160-acre mega hub in 14 months. With over 300 inbound and outbound dock doors, this facility can process 69,000 packages per hour. The design enables local and regional distribution, facilitated by multiple outbound wings. The facility includes a truck maintenance facility, retail commerce building, truck entrance/security port, parking, and an employee entrance building. Overall, the ground-up UPS Mega Regional Hub is among the largest processing facilities in the UPS global package network, and the largest constructed in the last 30 years.
