Project Rose | Automated Robotics Fulfillment Center

Layton completed this four-story automated robotics fulfillment center in 10 months. To allow for easy tenant fit-out, the structure is concrete tilt-up and built with standalone structural steel, requiring significant material handling equipment coordination with the owner-vendor. With a 640,000 SF building footprint, the scope included 80,000 cubic yards of concrete, 25,000 tons of steel, 400 miles of electrical wiring, and 9,000 light fixtures. The project also features 40,000 SF of office space, 1,900 parking stalls, 63 truck landings, and parking for 300 semitrailers.
