Project ROC1 | Automated Robotics Fulfillment Center

Completed in only 16 months, Project ROC1 is a five-story automated robotics fulfillment center built on a 100-acre site that required the demolition of an existing 800,000 SF building before construction could begin on the new building. During the project's duration, the team had to contend with an upstate New York winter that saw over 100" of snow fall. Despite these obstacles, and with a daily average workforce of over 300 workers on site at peak, the team collaborated with the local municipality, trade partners, and owners to complete the project one week ahead of schedule.
