Project Gazelle | Distribution Center

As design-builder, Layton completed this distribution center to serve as the hub for our confidential client. The interior office complex includes a 20,000 SF mezzanine for future expansion, which was added during the permitting process with no downtime. The facility has two fully operational entry gates, 208 docks, and a water pump station. Layton erected sound walls half a mile in length to protect the surrounding residential community. Along with extending city utilities off site, Layton built a new city street east of the facility.
