Keystone Industrial Building

This tilt-up concrete manufacturing and distribution facility housing four Class A office space suites. The building boasts a 32-foot clear height and 12 dock locations spanning seven acres with ample yard and storage areas. As part of this project, Layton also completed two tenant improvements which included ESFR sprinklers, skylights, LED lighting fixtures, and efficient heating throughout, in addition to a paved trailer drop area and the option for a grade-level door.
