Working in an existing building with unforeseen conditions, the Layton team completed a tenant improvement for the new Tesis Laboratory in Scottsdale. As a positive expansion for Arizona’s high-quality healthcare, the primary focus of the facility is on high-complexity molecular and next-generation sequencing (NGS) testing to detect chronic and hereditary conditions such as cancer, heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer's.
