Lakin Industrial Park, Building A

Building A is one of the first speculative industrial buildings in a five-building distribution park located along the south side of the 85 in Goodyear. This building features a 40-foot clear height, 200-foot concrete truck courts, and 171 full concrete trailer stalls. A unique aspect is the 20-foot-deep sewer that included an off-site and on-site sewer lift station and forced main that was nearly a mile long.
