Ferrero Ferrara is a single-story, industrial build-to-suit for Ferrero USA. The tenant improvement for Ferrero included new warehouse racking for 68,000 pallet positions, 800 tons of HVAC, vertical levelers, fully insulated building envelope, lighting, 40-foot clear height, and 10,700 SF of office space. Ferrero has the first and only Heidebed® Ductilcrete Floor slab system in the state of Arizona. The warehouse is constantly maintained at 60 degrees to keep Ferrero’s chocolate and confectionary inventory at a proper temperature.
