From design to construction in nine months.
The Layton team worked in overdrive to complete this first phase of this suite-style, on-campus, single-student housing complex that accommodates up to 350 students. Unlike most student housing facilities (which are typically wood framed), this project used structural steel with a concrete deck. Programming, design, and construction schedules were highly compressed, but the Layton team completed construction in just nine months.
