Layton completed a two-story, 84-bed vertical expansion to significantly upgrade an outdated yet fully operating facility, which came alongside extensive additions and renovations throughout. The team also renovated various areas of two additional buildings, including patient rooms, offices, family spaces, pre- and post-natal delivery areas, the NICU and PICUs, and MEP systems. Considering the delicate nature of patients and hospital operations, ICRA and ILSM were crucial to ensuring safety, in addition to working off hours and phasing construction.
