For this high-tech tenant improvement, Layton transformed three floors of an existing building into medical offices for internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, social medicine, radiology, family medicine, and OB/GYN—in addition to a nurse clinic, pharmacy, and laboratory. With the improvements, the facility better supports mental health and wellness and provides mammography and blood draw services. At its completion, the facility set a benchmark with features like digital ID cards, express check-in, mobile physician workstations, teleconsultation, and enhanced integrated technology.
