Healthpeak Centennial MOB

Constructed in the heart of the existing campus, this oncology medical office building spans six stories with common space, three linear accelerator vaults, and two pedestrian bridges to other site facilities—including tie-ins. Managing the entire construction process, from preconstruction through owner activation, the Layton team completed various site improvements, demolition of a parking structure (requiring extensive blasting operations), site utilities and parking relocation, and multiple build-outs for future oncology tenant spaces.
