Layton is providing design-build services on a three-phase, 50-bed medical facility, transforming an existing rehabilitation clinic into a state-of-the-art neuroscience hospital. The remodeled space will feature an inpatient progressive care unit, inpatient rehabilitation unit, a 16-bed neuro-intensive care unit (Neuro-ICU), and complete physical therapy and occupational therapy gymnasium areas.
Despite the tight site and highly trafficked surroundings, Layton's rigorous phasing and safety plans ensure minimal impact to nearby campus operations.
