Making an impact with zero impact.
Layton completed a 75,000 SF vertical expansion to the existing—and still very active—Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center. Layton constructed 90 surgical patient rooms with accompanying support space. Under OSHPD oversight, this was California's first vertical hospital expansion done with patients occupying floors below. Because of the team’s dedicated communication and coordination efforts, Layton turned this project over to the owner with zero impact to the existing hospital’s operations.
