San Leandro Hospital

In a complete remodel of the third and fourth floors, Layton renovated the dining room, rehabilitation services, med/surg, and isolation rooms while adding patio space for physical therapy and performing upgrades to all MEP systems. With 43 beds across 25 rooms, all house a built-in motorized patient lift system. Layton worked extensively to mitigate noise, coordinate shutdowns for tie-ins, and coordinate off hours work to further limit impact.
