Layton provided preconstruction and construction services for this complex facility specializing in cardio care and addiction treatment, alongside behavioral and women’s health. Also complete with areas for family, adult, and pediatric medicine—and the San Manuel Gateway College for nursing—this project required significant coordination with utility providers, the city, and Omnitrans, not to mention meeting OSHPD 3 standards. Coupled with a unique construction process, the ground-up project presented several challenges.
