Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta

Built on a greenfield site, this five-story, acute-care hospital includes 106 beds—including five LDR beds—six surgical suites, an ICU, multiple inpatient services, pediatrics, obstetrics, and cardiovascular areas. Layton also constructed a 50,000 SF, 500-stall parking garage. Layton completed the design-assist project on an expedited 26-month schedule. The team’s experience and familiarity with OSHPD, and their preconstruction involvement, significantly minimized delays and streamlined the entire process.
