Cottonwood Heights City Hall

Layton constructed this first free-standing city hall for Cottonwood Heights. The award-winning municipal center includes city offices, council chambers, police offices, a courthouse, flexible common areas, and a large multi-use room. The council chamber is expandable into the common area, doubling the size of the space. When not in use, the common area is flexible in size as needed to host community events in a civic setting.
