Layton completed a replacement campus for Provo City Power, which included the demolition of existing facilities and construction of a new complex, all while carefully maintaining Provo Power operations. The campus is LEED Gold certified and includes a two-story administrative office building, warehouse, maintenance bays, and parking. Demolition was required for two 200-foot smokestacks, administrative offices, and a power generating facility, alongside the removal of contaminated soils.
