Layton is entering the high-rise scene in downtown Phoenix, again. At the end of 2022, we started construction on a once-historic site that is set to become another massive mixed-use project with a 29-story residential tower that encompasses an entire city block. This project will also feature a retail building on the first level and eight levels of above grade parking, offering residents and guests 963 stalls.
