After extensive preconstruction, Layton will complete a major, one million square foot redevelopment at Phoenix’s Central Transit station. The 2.5-acre site will be home to a 32-story mixed-use tower and a 21-story student housing tower. Both structures will sit atop a two-level subterranean parking structure spanning 200,000 SF.
