In North Phoenix, AC Hotel by Marriott Hotels Norterra Phoenix and Element by Westin Hotels & Resorts Phoenix North Norterra came together for a four-story, dual-branded hotel with 274 guest rooms.
The AC Hotel features 179 rooms while the Element offers 95 rooms tailored for longer stays. With 8,000 SF of meeting space, communal gathering areas, a fitness center, and a resort-style courtyard, the property was built for guests to stay and recharge. Positioned minutes from the expanding TSMC campus, it helps meet the growing demand for business travelers in the area.
