We’re one step closer to the big debut—Fender Co-HQ just hit it
s structural high note with a topping out celebration in Phoenix.
Guitars, grit, and gratitude marked the topping out of this three-story, 77,000 SF structure. We celebrated with lunch and signed the final beam—featuring a custom-painted Fender guitar. As S&H Steel hoisted the beam into place, the national’ anthem played on a Fender guitar, creating a perfect construction crescendo.
The success of this milestone is powered by a true ensemble effort, made possible through a great partnership with Fender, RED Development, and Smith Group.
A huge shoutout to our rockstar team and trade partners for keeping the project on tempo. With an opening planned for Fall 2025, we’re building toward a grand finale.
