Layton constructed two massive warehouses at El Paso's newest 120-acre industrial park. Building 3 spans 250,000 SF as a spec warehouse, while Building 5 totals 686,000 SF with integrated office space. Our team set multiple concrete pouring records—including 125,000 SF pours that completed entire structures in just two sessions. The project features tilt-wall construction, steel framing, and includes a 55,000 cubic yard detention pond with public walkway. This landmark development demonstrates Layton's industrial expertise and growing presence in the Texas market.
