As the design-build contractor, Layton completed an addition and renovation to Boise State University's Albertson's Stadium, adding 39 luxury sky suites, 48 loge boxes, 832 club seats, a banquet area, press rooms, lounge areas, and a plaza. An expanded concourse includes five concession stands, 135 toilets, outdoor terraces, radio and television announcer booths, coaches' booths, event booth, ground-floor tower elevator lobbies with five elevators, Bronco Shop store, ticket office, and operations center.
