Although 15 named tropical storms passed by the islands during the course of construction, Layton delivered this 12-theater entertainment complex on schedule. In addition to the state-of-the-art auditoriums, the property includes 17,000 square feet of attached retail space alongside restaurants, six restrooms, an elevator, storage and support rooms, offices, and two 9,000-square-foot retail shells. Site work included 64,000 total square feet, with a parking lot and landscaping to match the surrounding shopping center.
