For nearly a decade, Layton has delivered a range of projects at Rivulon, a multi-building, multi-tenant mixed-use development featuring both retail and Class A office space. Alongside new construction for several buildings, Layton also performed multiple tenant improvement projects at the development and site work throughout.

The Commons at Rivulon is a multi-building creative office neighborhood comprising four two-story tilt buildings, each spanning 100,000 SF and featuring large, open, and flexible configurations. Layton then completed TIs in two of these buildings for tenant Deloitte. The team also completed two 80,000 SF speculative office buildings and an access road.
Attracting top tenants.
Additionally, Layton built a 165,000 SF Class A office building for Isagenix—in which the build-out for the tenant was completed concurrently with construction. The LEED certified space features floor-to-ceiling glazing, a large indoor/outdoor ballroom, a training center, kitchen, company museum, visitor center, auditorium, and business leaders’ lounge. Finally, the team was also selected to complete a shopping area within the development.
