One Nashville

Layton performed renovations and upgrades to the exterior and interior of One Nashville Place—an operating 24-story office building located in the heart of downtown Nashville. The two-phased project consisted of exterior upgrades that connect the building to a covered walkway and interior upgrades to the offices and lobby. During these interior upgrades, Layton also provided a new fitness facility, storage for bikes, and first-floor shell retail space. Layton's upgrades gave this building a refresh and created a top-tier experience for the tenants.
