Cummins Sales and Service Center

Built on a brownfield site, the Cummins Sales and Service Center is made of concrete tilt-up panels, requiring geopiers to secure the side. An industrial engine maintenance facility is housed inside the service center, which has 27 full-service maintenance and repair bays with overhead doors, cranes, a dynamometer, and a car wash. Layton also finished 9,000 SF of office space, employee lockers and a break room, a customer café, an interior storm shelter, and other amenities. The latter consists of training rooms, multipurpose areas, conference rooms, open office space, and service offices.
