Granato’s Gourmet Market is a Mediterranean-inspired café, known for desserts made-from-scratch. Wanting to make their sweet, over-the-counter treats available to travelers at Salt Lake International, ICS was hired to build-out space in the airport's new terminal. ICS managed an expedited schedule and performed night work to avoid high-traffic travel times and accommodate the airport's TSA safety measures. The space features custom tile, solid surface countertops, exposed ceiling, kitchen equipment, special AV, and high-end millwork.
