Westdrift Manhattan Beach | Autograph Collection

This aging hotel was given quite the face-lift in its preparation to join Marriott’s higher-end, lifestyle Autograph Collection, all while keeping the facility open and operating during construction. Layton transformed this seven-story hotel, giving it a top-to-bottom renovation with upgrades befitting the Autograph Collection level of finish. The exterior received a porte-cochère entrance, upgrades to the valet, and a new exterior stair that provides access to the newly renovated pool and outdoor lounge areas.
