Restoring an icon in five months.
Delivered on a compressed five-month schedule, this multi-phase renovation transformed the historic hotel’s first-floor lobby, third-floor pool deck, and the drop-off porte-cochère in phase one; and the second-floor ballrooms and connecting skybridge to the Ala Moana shopping center in phase two. The Layton team worked closely with the client to maintain continuous hotel operations during construction with minimal impact to the guest experience. Overall, Layton achieved a 0.0 OSHA incident rating.
