Layton incorporated several Lean construction principles on this design-build MOB, including prefabricated components, BIM, and pull planning. Through this, the tilt-panel facility meets and maintains the quality, performance, and innovation Kaiser Permanente is recognized for—alongside attaining LEED Gold certification. In all, the facility includes a pharmacy, radiology services, a blood draw lab, nine provider offices, and 16 exam rooms—meeting all OSHPD requirements.
