In a third-floor tenant improvement renovating the existing ambulatory surgery center—which remained operational throughout—Layton worked carefully to remodel and update four ORs, four procedure rooms, and several recovery beds, alongside structural fire upgrades to the first and second floors. Considering the work took place above an operating surgery center, extensive ICRA and ILSM were crucial in minimizing disruption and ensuring safety—in addition to working nights to keep the schedule moving forward.
