Layton performed a complete renovation and adaptive reuse of a former bank building to create this three-story, OSHPD 3 facility dedicated exclusively to breast health services. It includes clinical, physician offices/administration, and public areas, alongside 15 exam rooms, ultrasound, stereotactic, and mammography. The project team also completed seismic and mechanical penthouse upgrades, a new entrance and vestibule addition, and site improvements—all on a busy, fully operational campus.
