Out with the old and in with the new.
Layton worked with the McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center to deliver a large-scale campus expansion to update the aging facility. This project included multiple renovations, make-ready work, and demo projects alongside a 113-bed, four-story patient tower, central utility plant, hospital entrance, and surgery and emergency departments. The surgery and emergency departments include multiple renovations, a PACU addition, a central sterile renovation with upgrades, and a day-surgery renovation.
