Layton provided design-build services for this hyperscale, multi-tenant data center campus on an aggressive 12-month schedule. The facility accommodates clients ranging from 250KW to 30MW and features a 300,000 SF data center hall, 100,000 SF reserve for multi-tenant colocation, 80,000 SF office building for client headquarters, and a 120MW substation.

Our mission-critical team coordinated complex electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems while managing rapid trade buyouts and maintaining quality standards. The project required extensive electrical infrastructure including NOC provisions with integrated cabling, UPS systems, telecom pathways, and flexible power designs supporting N, N+1, and 2N configurations.
