Spanning floors 28 through 35, Layton performed a full interior fit-out that reflects the sophistication and function of a modern legal practice, with private offices, conference rooms, and administrative spaces all crafted to meet the firm's exacting standards. Layton built four fully finished mock-up offices early in the process, giving the client a hands-on preview to ensure alignment before construction began. The finished space features standout amenities including a commercial-grade kitchen on level 34 and a rooftop terrace on level 35 with sweeping views of downtown Nashville.
