ICS completed tenant improvements on two occupied floors simultaneously. The team worked closely with the client and architect to identify cost saving opportunities, such as reusing existing office materials. The modern-rustic space features multiple offices with reclaimed wood and glass walls that seamlessly flows into the existing lobby. Improvements to the executive offices included new flooring, ceilings, glass walls, and high-end finishes that create a new, chic office space.
