Dunn-Edwards Paints asked for two separate mezzanines in an existing 300,000 SF building and an addition for the bulk storage of raw materials for manufacturing. Accordingly, Layton constructed a rail spur and two truck off-load stations for raw material to be pumped into the bulk storage space. There are more than 100 tanks in the manufacturing area, and the new mezzanine was built around the larger tanks while the remaining tanks were suspended from the mezzanine.
