Building A of the Sarival Logistics Center spans 1,156,00 SF across the West Phoenix desert. Located along the 303 Logistics Corridor, this building stands out due to its size. Almost a half mile in length (or nearly nine football fields), and 600 feet wide, this cross-dock style building boasts a 40-foot clear height along with 219 loading dock positions. At the height of earthwork, Layton had 28 pieces of heavy equipment moving thousands of cubic yards of material off the site and onto the future phase. The entire 80-acre site averaged a 6-foot cut at completion.
