When we broke ground on VT 101—two Class A, 156,000 SF industrial buildings in Glendale, Arizona—we knew baseball season was approaching fast.
With State Farm Stadium to the east and Camelback Ranch to the south, construction couldn’t disrupt traffic on Ballpark Boulevard when fans flooded the area. From day one, our team worked closely with the city and trade partners to drive the schedule and keep operations running smoothly.
Through proactive coordination, we completed construction just in time for the Los Angeles Dodgers to take the field for spring training. It’s a good thing too, since they’re now in the world series.
Projects like VT 101 remind us what’s possible when timing, teamwork, and planning come together. Thanks to the City of Glendale, Butler Design Group, and VanTrust Real Estate for making it happen!
