Layton took over this project when the previous firm couldn't meet budget, bringing cost-saving expertise to this challenging 153-unit condominium project in urban Kaka'ako. Built on a zero-lot line property with no construction area beyond the building footprint, this seven-story development required creative solutions like just-in-time deliveries, flyable dumpsters, and strategically placed tower cranes. Despite the incredibly tight site and COVID-19 complexities, Layton's meticulous planning delivered the project without a single delay while maintaining an exceptional safety record.
