Answering the call for displaced families.
Layton partnered with TY Management and Daiwa House on the Kapalua Village Emergency Housing Project, bringing 50 modular homes from Japan to provide temporary housing for families who lost everything in the 2023 Lahaina fires. This philanthropic effort brought together Hawaii government offices, local trade partners, and construction companies in an unprecedented show of collaboration and community support. Our team worked quickly to help these families have a safe place to call home while they rebuild their lives and the homes they lost.
