Medical City Dallas Heart and Spine Vertical Expansion

Layton is completing a complex three-phase vertical expansion at Medical City Dallas Heart and Spine to significantly increase ICU capacity. We're delivering a two-story infill with ED renovations and 12-bed ICU expansion, plus vertical additions creating 28 new ICU beds and 24 PCU beds with shell space for future growth. The project includes temporary ED operations, rooftop chiller installations, and extensive coordination to keep the hospital fully operational. This major healthcare expansion represents Layton's continued growth and expertise in the Texas market.
