Project Viento is full speed ahead. Our National Building Group is tackling 650,000 SF of slab-on-grade warehouse space, 132 dock positions, and massive off-site infrastructure on a 101-acre site—all in just 10 months. That’s 4 months ahead of schedule and on track to become the fastest delivery of its kind in our client’s history.
With gusts over 60 mph and temps reaching 120°F, our crews adapted with overnight concrete pours, creative use of tilt panels, and panelized steel erection to keep moving—no matter the forecast. Thanks to our partners and project team for pushing the limits and proving, once again, that Layton builds anywhere, in any weather.
