What was once a call center is now a vital community healthcare hub, thanks to Layton’s adaptive reuse expertise. As the design-builder, Layton reimagined the space into the Sutter AGS Rohnert Park Urgent Care Clinic, accelerating the timeline to bring essential services to patients sooner. Inside, the transformation is complete with exam rooms, treatment bays, a lab, and imaging suites—all updated to meet OSHPD 3 standards and support same-day care. This project exemplifies Layton’s ability to reimagine existing spaces to meet evolving healthcare needs with efficiency and precision.
