Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point | Tower Addition

When a rapidly growing community needed expanded healthcare access, Layton collaborated with trade partners from day one to fast-track a major medical tower expansion. The project added 104 beds and upgraded services to meet rising demand. Anticipating the region's hurricane risks, the team integrated Category 3 storm-resistant features including a specialized foundation and protective barriers directly into the design. This proactive approach enabled completion of the first phase just 18 months after design began, with the full tower following shortly after.
