The Now sits at the iconic intersection of La Cienega and Sunset, where construction is currently underway. Layton is building a three-story, mixed-use office building, topped with green roof terraces and an LED projection billboard fitting for its energetic surroundings. Along with several sustainable components, the structure features three levels of below-grade parking complete with automotive elevators and passive ventilation.
