The Now

Since mid-April, we have completed all underground waterproofing activities and have poured the P3 deck slab. Installation of reinforcement for the P3 walls commenced the week of May 1 and we are in the process of shooting the shotcrete walls in the subterranean parking garage. In June, we will begin forming the deck for P2. We also plan to have our Layton Crane erected later this month. The site fencing continues to encroach on the pedestrian path on the south side of the site. For safety purposes, we ask pedestrians to go around and use signals to cross La Cienaga. Until final completion, the design team and ownership will continue to work with the city of West Hollywood as we continue with on-site and off-site work. We are committed to being good neighbors in this great community and will do our best to eliminate disruption to the flow of traffic on Sunset Blvd.
